A couple days ago a capped tooth of mine came loose.  It had been there 13 years. Its removal brought thoughts about what had happened to me while this cap had been in my mouth.  Ah those “halcyon years”!  The best and worst of your life and la la la. The turn of the calendar brings another leap year ushering us into yet another meaningless US presidential election.  Will things change?  Can things change?  Will we ever have those “halcyon years” back?  Were they ever “halcyon years”?  Let’s hope...
